We provide a general security training to all our SIA Licensed security staff before deploying them to the sites.

Role of a Security Guard

Security officers are tasked with securing the premises and personnel by staying on patrol, monitoring surveillance equipment, performing building inspections, guarding entry points, and verifying visitors, Moreover, a security officer is required to prepare an incident report whenever an incident occur

Crowd Control

Crowd control is a public security practice in which large crowds are managed in order to prevent the outbreak of crowd crushes, affray, fights involving drunk and disorderly people or riots.

Powers of Arrest

Door Supervisors can make an arrest, but this power isn’t exclusive to those who work in the security sector and hold an SIA badge. It is a power that all members of the public have, whether they are a Bus Driver or a Security Guard. In common UK law this power of arrest is known as the citizens arrest.

Patrol Techniques

Security patrol is an inherently dangerous job. To protect guards while doing it, make sure they know how to patrol in a “safety first” fashion. As security officer, they should always know their limits, Know Emergency Procedures, Stop, Look, and Listen, Vary his/her Route, Stay Mindful of Corners, Maintain a Safe Distance From Suspects or suspicious packages, Wear Appropriate Clothing, Carry appropriate equipments etc.

Use of Force

A Security Officer can use a reasonable force when required. They are not allowed to attack anyone but just to resrict their movement.

First Aid

When a Security guard is normally trained in ways to remain calm & patient in difficult situations. Not only do they ensure physical safety but also provide emotional support which helps the victim to relax when all they can do is panic.
